Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Consistent connection is crucial for daily use, especially with features like Galaxy AI involved. When everything is in sync, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to work seamlessly across your devices, providing a smooth experience.
To connect your Galaxy Buds, ensure each earbud is properly oriented, then insert them into their corresponding slots in the charging case. If the charging case's battery indicator light doesn't flash, connect the case to a charger and charge it for more than 10 minutes. After that, close and reopen the charging case.
Alternatively, you can open the case and press and hold the Connect button on the bottom for more than 3 seconds. This automatically puts the earbuds into Bluetooth pairing mode and triggers a pop-up window on your mobile device. If the pop-up window doesn’t appear, or if you’re connecting to a non-Samsung Android device, follow the steps to connect without the pop-up window.
When the charging case's battery indicator light flashes red, remove the earbuds, then reinsert them into the case. On your mobile device, tap "Connect" in the pop-up window, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your mobile device whenever you open the charging case with the earbuds inside.

Not worth the investment, should have avoided!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, but they ended up being a frustrating disappointment. For a product in this price range, the overall experience just doesn’t justify the cost.
First, the sound quality is inconsistent. While the bass can be punchy at times, it often feels overpowering and muddy, drowning out vocals and finer details. Adjusting the EQ only helps slightly, and it never quite reaches the clarity you’d expect from “Pro” earbuds.
The fit is another major issue. No matter which ear tip size I tried, they either felt loose or uncomfortable after short use. This also affects the noise cancellation, which is underwhelming compared to competitors. Ambient mode isn’t much better—it sounds artificial and sometimes amplifies the wrong sounds.
Battery life is also disappointing. The earbuds drain faster than advertised, especially with active noise cancellation turned on. Having to recharge them frequently defeats the purpose of using wireless earbuds on the go.
On top of that, the touch controls are overly sensitive and unreliable. Accidental taps happen often, and sometimes the controls don’t respond at all, which makes basic actions like pausing music or answering calls unnecessarily frustrating.
Overall, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro feel like an unfinished product. Between the mediocre sound, poor fit, weak noise cancellation, and unreliable controls, they fall short of expectations. There are far better options available at this price point.
