Great for phone calls.
Love the controls on the earbuds, especially the physical buttons so that having gloves on doesn't matter.
The ear tips are impossible to remove without ripping the silicone. (-1 star)

The product is nice and everything about it is perfect. One issue is that it slips regardless the adjustment of the eartip and the buds itself. No matter how many times i adjust it. The design should've been made to fit in the ear like the rest of the buds. I still have my galaxy buds 2 pro and they still fit perfectly.
