I am still trying to figure out my headphones. I like them because I don't have to worry about losing them. I use them often compared to the to buds 2pro.
Love the sound of the earbuds, they sound much fuller then the buds 2 pro. The controls are nice to use, I like that you now have volume control on both earbuds separately. My only gripe is that this new design doesn't stay in my ears very well. The bean design of the buds pro and pro 2 kinda locked into the back of my ear, while these ones only seem to friction fit with the tips. I'm readjusting them every so often so they don't fall out, which isn't terrible, but it is slightly inconvenient. Other than that I'm loving them, and I can't wait for the UHQ update to come
First of all, when doing an earbud fit test, I could not get a good fit using any of the provided tips (this was according to the app). Although when in my ear, I don't understand why it's a poor fit, it seems to be okay for sound and staying power in my ear. The earbud tips are absolute garbage! When conducting the fit test, one each of the large and small tips tore apart at the base, leaving part of the tip on the earbud, so now my only good set of tips is the middle size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I guess I got lucky, I got them early. What can I say, I got a perfect unit. I love them, so many good things about these buds. The sound is amazing, once I did my custom EQ, I am not a heavy bass person, you miss to many things in the background with the bass up. You can identify each and every instrument when turning down the bass. The killer feature on these buds is VOICE COMMANDS without a wake word. I did have a problem with music skipping to the next track in my Playlist with a popping sound, a song would never finish before I would hear the pop then it would skip to the next track. I fixed it by turning off voice commands then turning it back on. Super comfortable to wear for long stretches!
They are the best buds I have ever owned and I have had many.
