This buds sounds exceptional but have some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to sound quality, this buds blew me out of the water. In sounds perfect but when it comes to usabilities I found some issues. The most annoying one is the stem shape. Its slippery and hard to hold it properly for it being triangular. Also the ear tips, 2 of them ripped when I was trying to switch. I don't know if I can get a replacement for those.

Great fit great sound

Best buds I have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best buds out there. Fit perfectly in the ear and I can have them in for long periods of time. When I work, I can rest assured that they won't fall out. And the ambient sound is a great feature for allowing me to listen to my environment yet still having my music and podcasts on. The Galaxy AI is a game changer. Using the live translator with the AI helps me communicate and understand others seamlessly.
