The Buds3 Pro is designed for improved comfort and an immersive listening experience. They feature a redesigned shape that provides our snuggest fit ever. Additionally, we've included Blade Lights to make your Buds stand out and enhance your listening experience. We hate to see that you've been unable to get the right fit despite trying the other bud tips. Have you considered running a fit test on your device? Simply open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, navigate to the Buds3 Pro screen, tap "Sound quality and effects," then select "Earbud fit test." This will indicate whether the earbuds are in your ears. Ensure both are fitted correctly, tap "Start," and the app will show your results. If it indicates a "Poor fit," make small adjustments and try again until you achieve a "Good fit." If you need any further assistance, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Pro 3 not worth it

Was happy with it for short time, then start to make a whisl with any sounds such as videos and phone calls. When I called the response was to send it to fix then samsung will return it back to me after fixing it which inconvenience for samsung head set at hundreds of dollars
