The way to take them from the case and put it again after use it is very uncomfortable. The sound is very good but lower volume than the Buds 2. The sounds options are very weird, moving your head or with an ambulance, I don't like it. I regret to wasted my money buying this, I rather the Buds 2 Pro and return to use it instead of B3P.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with a selection of ear tips in various sizes, so it’s important to find the right size that fits snugly in your ears without any gaps. A proper fit is crucial, as it helps prevent sound leaks and ensures you enjoy the best audio quality these earbuds offer. When fitting the earbuds, be sure to check the directional marks – ‘L’ for left and ‘R’ for right. Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear with the ‘R’ facing you, and the left (L) bud into your left ear with the ‘L’ facing you. It may help to angle the earbuds slightly to ensure the microphone is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down. A slight rotation can also enhance comfort! Additionally, we recommend utilizing the fit test available in the Galaxy Wearable app. This feature can guide you in ensuring you have the correct fit for your ears. I love the Galaxy Buds Pro 3.vI upgraded from the original Galaxy Buds, and these are so much better and more comfortable. I love the shape and the post, makes them way easier to get in your ear and adjust. I love the "click" function, and the sound is great. Just an all around great earbud.

Good sound, but bad case charging connections

Good sound quality, but case has frequent issues with charging the headphones. I have put them in properly, making sure they light up when entering the case, and leaving them in for at least an hour, only to find them still at 5-10% charge when I try to take them out. I have tried pressing down on them and slightly twisting them to make sure they are connected and show they are charging, to mixed and inconsistent results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung does not recommend using any chargers other than Samsung chargers, especially chargers that are uncertified or counterfeit. These can hinder the charging of your device and may cause battery issues if used long-term. If you are using Samsung verified chargers, make sure that your buds case is free of any debris. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Love my earbuds. I like that I can "pinch" to hang up calls. Few earbuds are responsive like Samsung's. The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancellation definitely shuts out sounds. These are my 4th set of Samsung buds. I have had previous generations and these and the Pro 2 are my favorite. Also they fit nicely.
