Some time I'm talking in the phone and I have anther call I can't answer the other phone the 2ed problem I'm taking in phone normally and the one im taking with can't hear my voice but I can hear them I check the mute button it's not on

You can easily switch between calls using the touch controls, and our goal is to provide a smooth experience, even when handling multiple calls. Regarding your experience with not being heard during calls despite not being muted, we understand how frustrating that can be. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro features Adaptive Dual Microphones that enhance voice clarity by minimizing background noise. This design aims to capture your voice clearly, so it’s disappointing to hear that it wasn't working as expected. If you’re finding that this happens often, we recommend checking for any firmware updates through the Galaxy Wearable app, as these updates can enhance the performance and connectivity of your earbuds. Additionally, you might consider resetting your Galaxy Buds3 Pro to improve its performance. To reset, place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. After a few seconds, open the lid, then touch and hold both earbuds for about 7 seconds until the indicator lights flash and you hear a sound indicating the reset has started. After resetting, you will need to pair the earbuds with your device again through Bluetooth. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. A premium earbud that doesn't support multipoint / multi connect / multi device just baffles me. I didn't even think to check if this was a feature or not because I would assume it's just standard. If you frequently move audio sources from phone/computer/anything else then these will really frustrate you. Pretty unhappy with them overall because of this.

Audio quality is good enough. The fit is meh for me, even though the silicone that goes in my ear is the right size. I have trouble keeping the headphones in without needing to readjust every few minutes or so.
They look like knock off Air Pods. The Galaxy Buds used to have such a unique look with a great fit, and this new design really derailed that experience for me, personally. Love the sleekness of the silver color, though.
Touch controls are SO finicky. I hate them. The little arms where touch controls are located are hard for me to grip to "pinch" because of the angle of them. Especially to turn on/off the light feature. I managed to turn it on once and never again. I try to pinch at the same time, and it's only recognizing the input from one Bud, so it is adjusting the ambient sound controls instead of toggling the light (why would I need to adjust the ambient sound levels/options when the headphones aren't in my ears?)
Overall, very average at best. I'll likely move on to a new brand of headphones in the future if this design/touch control input stays the same. I don't find them very user friendly at all.

Pros:
1) Better fit then my JBL Buds (Technically Samsung Earbuds) and My Galaxy Buds Pro Buds (Original version).
2) Wonderful Noise Canceling (Great for Crowded Place, Barking Dogs, Clanging Dishes, Loud People, Loud Engines, and More).
3) The Pause/Play feature actually Works unlike the Galaxy Buds Pro.
4) Control with Your Voice works for both Music Players and YouTube.
5) Use Google Find or Samsung's Finder App to Find Earbuds If Lost.
6) Ambient Sound Automatically Enables If Your Voice is Detected.
7) Great Bass and Surround Sound.
8) Case is Wireless Charging.
9) Eartips are Very easy to Replace or Switch.
10) They Do Not Fall Out Unlike my JBL Earbuds.
11) The Silver Colored Ones are Shiny.
12) Comfortable.
13) Great for Individuals with ADHD, and Individuals with Noise Sensitivity Issues.
14) According to versus.com the Case has more Battery life than the Buds Pro and Buds Pro 2.
Cons:
1) Find My Buds Does Not Work for the Case.
2) According to versus.com the Earbuds have an Hour less of overall battery life than the Buds Pro and Buds Pro 2.
