We recommend making sure the earbuds fit snugly, with no gaps between the ear tip and your ear canal. Also, please double-check that the ear tips are fully installed. The latch at the bottom of the earbud should align perfectly with the groove of the ear tip. If you're still experiencing issues, we suggest trying a larger ear tip for a better fit. Lastly, don’t forget to keep your Buds3 Pro and your device updated to the latest software version to ensure you're enjoying all the latest features and enhancements. No multipoint makes these useless for me.

No multipoint is an absolute travesty. My original buds pro and buds 2 pro both worked seamlessly connecting to my work desktop and phone at the same time. These are comfortable, sound good, and look good, but having no multipoint makes these useless to me. Samsung took a few steps back with the latest generation of buds and phones.

I have a very small ear and they fall out. I changed the pads but it's the same thing. They fall out and hurt my ear if I use them for a long time because I'm constantly pushing them in so they don't fall out.
