Since you've already tried using the ear tips, we recommend checking to see if you have the right size. Remember, it's important for the ear tips to fit snugly without any gaps, as this helps prevent sound leaks and maximizes audio performance. If you need help with changing the tips, you can refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the right tips, here’s how you can ensure they sit perfectly: Check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks—marked as L and R. Insert the R bud into your right ear facing you, and do the same with the L bud on your left side. You might want to angle them slightly so the microphone is pointing towards your mouth, which can help with call clarity. Okay but having issues with sound distorted

These buds are amazing.

The sound quality is so clear and with the ambient noise canceling features, 360 sound features, and more, these should be a top if not first pick on anyone's list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the new buds as I typically do when I get a new phone. I have always been happy with them. I was sceptical on these as I was not a big fan of the form factor but when I used them it made more sense. The sound and comfort is better than the previous gen, the controls are also better to use. I did have to buy aftermarket flanged tips as that is the only way any buds say in my ear. Overall I would recommend the upgrade.

The audio is well-balanced, with crisp highs, clear mids, and surprisingly deep bass for such small earbuds. Whether I’m listening to music or taking calls, the sound is always clear and enjoyable. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is fantastic— it blocks out most background noise, which is perfect when I need to focus or just escape into my music. I also love the Ambient Sound mode, which lets me hear important things around me when I’m out and about.
The fit is super comfortable, and the lightweight design means I can wear them for hours without discomfort. They come with different ear tips, which really helps find the perfect fit, and they stay securely in place, even when I’m moving around. I’ve been using them at the gym, and the IPX7 rating gives me confidence that they won’t get damaged by sweat.
Battery life has been solid, lasting me through my workouts and commutes, and I really appreciate the wireless charging case. Pairing them with my Samsung phone was seamless, and I love the touch controls for adjusting volume or taking calls without having to grab my phone.
Overall, I think the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are a great all-around package. They’re not the cheapest, but if you’re looking for top-tier sound, comfort, and features, they’re definitely worth the investment.
