The right earbud did not work right out of the box
Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, February 26, 2025
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Harshvardhan. The Buds3 Pro is equipped with impressive AI features that enhance usability. One notable feature is Live Translate, which allows you to hear translations in real-time during conversations. The call quality is also superb, thanks to machine learning that minimizes background noise, ensuring your voice is clear even in busy environments. Additionally, Bluetooth Super Wideband enhances call quality by doubling the audio bandwidth, resulting in more natural-sounding speech. We hate to see that one of your buds didn't work for you. To assist you further, we would need to gather some additional information. Could you please reach out to our support team at Samsung Support? They'll be ready to help you with the necessary steps. We look forward to resolving this for you promptly.

The sound from these ear buds is amazing. The battery life is good also. I do recommend not using the ambient setting. This will decrease the battery life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The earbuds have decent sound quality, but the noise cancellation is inconsistent and unreliable. The design looks great
