Earbuds are not comfortable at all and the sound is very low the earbuds.

Once you have selected the right size, be sure to insert the earbuds correctly. Look for the directional marks on the bottom so that the R bud goes in your right ear and the L bud goes in your left ear, both facing you. I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 for a few weeks now, and I have to say, I'm genuinely impressed. While I expected a decent audio experience, I was particularly blown away by the call quality.
First off, the noise cancellation is surprisingly effective. The call quality is exceptional. I've received numerous compliments from people on the other end of the line, who say my voice comes through crystal clear. Even in windy conditions, or in places with alot of background noise, they have told me they cannot hear anything other than my voice.
Beyond those standout features, the battery life has also been very good for me.
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 have exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a pair of earbuds with excellent noise cancellation and call clarity, I highly recommend giving these a try."
