Galaxy Buds 3 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Galaxy girl for a long time & decided to purchase the Galaxy Bud 3 Pro instead of airpods. Both Buds worked well for about 2 months then the left ear buds stop working. I would be on the phone and would have to put it on speaker because people would constantly say they could not hear me. After months of reaching out for assistance and two updates the left bud is still not working. Strongly thinking about going back to Airpods

Some Of The Best Sound Quality In A Headphone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy buds 3 pro are some of the top of the line headphones that I have experienced having! The latency is so minimum that using them to play video games are an absolute must as well as the sound quality! The crisp and clean audio these headphones produce are so nice it feels like cheating on video games and when im on a run, working out, or chilling listening to music at home they are my #1 choice of headphones to wear! Very comfortable and easy to use! Plus I love to use Galaxy AI with the headphone asking questions and getting quick answers without having to type or get my phone out of my pocket! The only slight negative thing for me as a customer is that I had some damage to my left ear and now the left headphone is slightly uncomfortable but still tolerable for the amazing audio quality!

Charging case problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charging case is the main issue with my ear buds, they consistently dont charge and I have to check on them constantly to make sure they are actually charging. I don't know how to get Galaxy AI to work with them. Additionally, they have the occasional connection issue that can sometimes last for weeks, and the left ear bud tends to have sound quality issues

They are very comfortable, especially with the COMPLY bud ends. I would not hesitate to get Nother pair. I came from the Pro 2's and these are a great upgrade with the stems.
