Worst service that I have ever seen.

Video quality is garbage, service is garbage, Service plans are rediculously expensive. Save your hard earned money and buy the amazon cameras with no monthly fee. There a good price and the quality is amazing compared ro this garbage. I have 5 of these arlo cameras inuding a door bell cam and they all suck.

The cameras are constantly going offline and I have to reprogram everything, the subscription for the cameras is expensive and the battery life is crap.
Go get some from Costco instead.

No Optical Zoom

The product states it has 12X Optical Zoom, however they Do Not have Optical zoom, it is Digital Zoom. All features are behind a Subscription pay wall. This company claims a Lot of False Advertising. Do not buy these, they're not what you're expecting.

Yes, I did adjust the settings, didn't change the fact that I have to borrow a ladder, every couple days to charge cameras.
Regret choosing these security cameras, wasted my money.
