A cute fashionable doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this doll for my niece. She really liked it. I thought it was really cute. Things i noticed about it were that the body type had much more muscle
definition than your typical Barbie with joints and articulation to make it easier to position
without fear of damaging it. The hair is softer and easier to brush. Also, the color streak makes it more modern and fashionable. I also thought the accessories, especially the glasses, purse, and pet were fun inclusions.

The only drawbacks i found were that i felt the smaller accessories would be too easily lost. It would have been nice if they actually fit into the purse. Also, since this is a barbie product, it's too bad other barbie clothing doesn't fit, but that makes sense since it is a different line within barbie.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a new take on a classic! My almost 6 year old fell in love instantly with this doll. The features of the doll are everything you'd expect. What makes this doll unique is that you're able to move her at all the joints: wrists, elbows, knees, ect. The doll comes with great accessories also: pet, necklace, purse, sunglasses, shoes, makeup case, perfume, mascara (with removable lid). My daughter absolutely loves this doll!

The doll itself is really well made—her hair is soft and easy to brush, and I love that she’s posable, which makes it way more fun for imaginative play. The outfit and accessories are super trendy and colorful, definitely gives that classic Malibu Barbie vibe but with a modern twist.
The extra themed pieces are a nice touch and kept my kids entertained longer than a basic doll would. Everything feels pretty sturdy too, which is always a plus since toys can take a beating.
If I had to point out one thing, it would be that some of the smaller accessories are easy to misplace (as expected), but that’s pretty typical with sets like this.
Overall, really happy with this purchase—great for any Barbie fan and feels like good value for everything included!

The new Barbie Dream Besties line is a refreshing departure from the classic Barbie silhouette. With her oversized expressive eyes, articulated limbs, and trendy "soft girl" aesthetic, "Malibu" feels like a mix of classic Barbie charm and modern doll trends.

• The Doll: "Malibu" features beautiful blonde hair with intricate crown braids. Her articulation is a huge plus—she has joints at the elbows and wrists, making her much easier to pose for photos or play than standard budget dolls.
• The Outfit: She’s wearing a super cute denim-print pink dress with heart details and a "Barbie" logo belt.
• Accessories: This is where the set really shines. You get a clear "crystal" handbag, black sunglasses, a hairbrush, and a tiny white kitten.

New Malibu Barbie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dream Besties Malibu Barbie is an modern take on the Malibu Barbie we remember. This series is reminiscent of the Bratz dolls, with the larger head and short skirt/lace tights/etc. She comes with a makeup kit - which includes a play mascara and wand - sunglasses, handbag, and kitten friend. Her blond hair is long and is fun to style and her arms and legs are jointed for posing. She is a fun addition to the Barbie family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barbie Dream Besties are ADORABLE! I love this take on Barbie. My 4 year old is in her Barbie obsessed era and this one takes the cake! The accessories are a great size, just slightly larger than normal Barbie accessories. My daughter is having great fun with this one already! I am excited to see where Mattel goes with this line up.
