A great pretend airport adventure for Barbie fans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie Travel Playset is such a fun set for kids who love pretend travel! It comes with a classic-looking Barbie doll dressed in an adorable travel outfit. The only slight disappointment is that her outfit is actually a single molded piece with the shirt and skirt details printed on, rather than separate clothing pieces. It still looks cute, but it would have been nice if she had real mix-and-match clothes.
The playset really shines with all of the accessories. Barbie comes with everything she needs for her trip, including a passport, boarding pass, sleeping mask, snack-sized chip bag, and several other travel essentials. There are lots of little details that make airport play feel more realistic and give kids plenty of props for imaginative storytelling.
My daughter's absolute favorite feature is the suitcase... the handle extends just like a real rolling suitcase, which she thought was the coolest detail and immediately started showing everyone. It's simple, but it makes the playset feel much more realistic.
The included airport luggage check is another fun addition. It has a little lever that moves the luggage along the conveyor belt, which is a clever interactive feature. The only downside is that the conveyor belt itself is made from fairly thin plastic and feels a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the set. It works fine, but it's probably the piece I'd expect to wear out first.
Another nice touch that my daughter was excited about is the included sticker sheet. Kids can decorate Barbie's suitcase with travel stickers, and there are also stickers for the airport departures/arrivals board. Even better, the board includes blank spaces where kids can write in their own destinations, adding another layer of creativity to the play experience.
Overall, this is a fun travel-themed Barbie set with lots of thoughtful accessories and interactive features. Between the realistic suitcase, airport security station, and fun travel extras, there's plenty here to inspire imaginative adventures. A few pieces could be a little sturdier, and Barbie's outfit is simpler than it first appears, but those are minor complaints in an otherwise fun playset.

So many fun ways to play with this set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this Barbie travel playset. The luggage actually comes through the purple flaps to land on the luggage mover. My daughter likes to slide the lever to push the suitcase along the conveyor belt. The suitcase actually opens to hold accessories. The bag can hang on the hooks on the luggage cart or top or lower part. My daughter likes that her doll can hold on to the luggage cart to move it along.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this set. She plays with it for a few hours.. setting it up and making scenarios. She loves the accessories too. She especially loves that the luggage and bag can actually open and store the accessories. She wises that the handle to the luggage cart and the Barbie hands can actually hold each other but it still works and she played with this for several hours.
