Fun to open…that’s about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun idea, but there were a lot of questions of “how do I do this…” “what is this…?” It was a fun surprise to open, but really didn’t flow well. Now, the only thing we have left from the package is the sundae dish. I don’t think we would spend the same on this item again as it simply was just fun to open and nothing more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Barbie Pop & Slime
on July 26, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had so much fun with the Barbie Pop Reveal! Her favorite part was opening all of the surprises and discovering the doll. The doll has a beautiful skin tone, gorgeous pink hair, and a fun swimsuit design that really stood out. She also loved the surprise accessories and thought the slime was exciting to play with.
As a parent, the only thing I wasn't a fan of was the slime. It was very wet, and I found it a little messy. If it gets into carpet or fabric, it could be difficult to clean up, so I would recommend using it on a washable surface.
Even with that, the doll itself is fantastic, and my daughter has continued playing with her long after the unboxing. She loves brushing her hair, using the accessories, and adding her to her Barbie adventures. Overall, this was a big hit in our house, and the fun reveal made it an exciting play experience.

Adorable and fun with well thought out packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls both loved the surpirses! Extra bonus points from the kids for having to dig the straw topper out of the slime. While I have a grewat dislike for slime there are bonus points awarded from the parent point of view for there being a built in place for the slime to be stored. They enjoyed opening the accessories from the "ice cubes" even though the top made them jump when it popped off. The hair turned a very pretty color when we got it cold. There was some disappointment as it disappeared when handled with warm hands. The big complaint was because the foot joint, the kids struggled to both put her shoes on and keep them on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters (10 and 5) absolutely LOVED this Barbie reveal!!
There were a few spoilers on the packaging, which made my older daughter a little sad.
They both LOVED the slime and the color changing hair! They spent so much time playing with both of those!
They both were very happy with the Barbie and the included accessories.
It is fun that there is even a cute cup included to use to change the Barbie’s hair.
Both my girls were thrilled with this Barbie reveal and I would absolutely buy this toy again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun surprises and play opportunities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barbie Pop Reveal is a fun unboxing and doll with lots of cute surprises. It’s nice to have the novelty of an opening a blind box without the disappointment of getting what you were hoping for. From the cute whale pet/pencil topper to her color change hair, there are lots of ways to help the play last. Plus, we love Barbie that can go swimming or play in the bath. With her color changing hair and printed on bathing suit, she’s perfect for water play.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cute idea, some design missteps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loves these Barbie reveal products. She enjoyed opening the accessories and thought the slime was amazing. She would have loved one of the water reveal options on the doll itself(since it came in a giant cup, she and I were both hopeful that would be a feature here), so that was a little disappointing. Also, I do think it would have been a better product if the giant cup was actually useable as a drinking vessel, rather than something that we ultimately recycled about a week after the toy was opened (there is no straw access through the top). That to me goes against Mattel's obvious efforts to reduce plastic and extra packaging, an effort that we applaud as consumers.

Reveal Barbie that all kids will like! Smells good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased for my 8 year old daughter. She did like it but she did wish the Barbie was more of the reveal type. When she opened it she already knew what Barbie it was. She was expecting it to be like the other reveal Barbie that you have to dunk in the water to reveal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun Barbie unboxing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just unboxed the Barbie Pop Reveal Doll and it was such a fun surprise! From opening the cup to discovering all the hidden accessories, every step felt exciting. The doll is adorable, the themed outfit is super cute. The color-change feature was a big hit and added even more play value. The packaging makes the reveal experience feel special, and there are plenty of accessories for imaginative play. Overall, this is a fun and unique Barbie that combines surprises, collecting, and creativity into one awesome unboxing experience.
