Fantastic Games, BestBuy is terrible.

If you're a fan of the Ace Combat series, this is AC to the next level. It's fantastic.
I preordered from BestBuy as I thought they'd be a trustworthy site to get a physical edition and get the Ace Combat Zero DLC preorder-only DLC code. It's been nearly a week and no one at BB is able to get me the code. All I get is the same runaround by support. The "resolution team" was supposed to contact me 24hrs+ ago all I have is radio silence from their end. Do yourself a favour and preorder elsewhere if you want to guarantee yourself preorder bonuses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
