Totally waterproof!

My second Flip 6 and the first after 4 years still works fantastic. The new one went out to the lake house and I knocked it off the boat into 7 feet of water. 4 days later I retrieved it and left it in the sun to dry out. 2 hours later I turned it on and it worked!!

Great speaker!

My dad bought me this speaker for my birthday customized with his original artwork of a Sea Turtle! It came out beautifully and for I smaller speaker this thing has some bump to it! Definitely perfect for the beach, pool day, or any outdoor activities! I'm super happy with it and impressed!

Good looking speaker

I bought my speaker like a mont ago and I customized at my style and it came out really good, but the problem I have with my speaker is that it suddenly turns off even when it’s fully charged, and I try to turn it on again but it doesn’t turn on, only after a few tries it turns on but it keeps doing the same problem after.

Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help isolate the issue with your JBL Flip 6. First, power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source, to see if the unit will unlock. Next is reset, turn on the speaker then press and hold "Volume +" and "Play" for more than three seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support or file a warranty claim here https://support.jbl.com/us/en/customer-service/warranty-request.html

Got this for my birthday and since then the 12h battery is a lie it lasts longer than that around 14-16 hours on mid volume also sound Is beautiful

I have ordered two normal and now two custom printed JBL Flip 6 products- one for a friend and one for myself. They are fantastic! Loved being able to customize the graphics with so much precision and both came out beautifully printed! Also the Flip 6 is excellent as a music device, especially when syncing them with Partyboost in the JBL app. Highly recommend, especially customized!
