Great sound crappy battery life

Sounds AMAZING only issue I'm having is the battery life. It says 12 hrs of battery life. I'm lucky if I get 4 hours on a full charge. I charge it for the 2.5 hours like it says or I'll leave it on the charger overnight just to make sure it's fully charged. Still only get 4 hours of play time if I'm lucky!

Battery Life

I bought the Flip 6 in June. I was very excited as I have preciously owned 2 generations of the Clip which I love. JBL advertises 12 hours of battery life which I haven’t got yet. I average approximately 6 hours. I really love the sound quality and thought of syncing up to multiple Flips. We’re outside all day and the 12 hour battery life was a real selling point for me. If not for that, I would of given 5 stars for sure.

Bad charging

Not too happy with the purchase I made... I ordered the JBL flip 6. And every time I go to charge it it makes this weird dinging sound and I'm not able to charge the speaker I need to figure out how to send it back to get a replacement

We're here to help. Our JBL Flip 6 has USB-C charging protection, a reminder sound will alert you to unplug if the connector detects water, salt, or any other chemicals. Please make sure that your JBL Flip 6 is dried before charging/ plugging into a power outlet when the unit is exposed to water or moisture. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Battery life

The sound is great but the battery life is not accurate. A full charge without blasting the volume only lasted about 4 hours.

Awesome speaker

The first flip 6 I order came defective, it turns off after 3 or 4 minutes., apparently the battery was bad , I call customer service and they really did a good job in helping me … that was one of the reason why I order a replacement, also the speaker sound is awesome
I recommend it. The only thing I don't like is that it's made in China and apparently it seems they don't check the product well, that's why the previous one had problems with the battery that didn’t work and is not just me I have seen reviews from other customer with the same complaint. The replacement is working very well and I love the sound from that small speaker, honestly you won’t regret the sound it produces for the price ..Also the shipping was very fast …thanks

Flip 6 is a very worthy purchase

I bought this Flip 6 because I needed new speaker and JBL has some of the best!! The sound is clear, and the bass is great!! Theres even an app to comnect and utilize an equalizer!!
