Surprisingly I've been asked to review a spiral-bound notebook. Okay. My careful inspection of this product reveals that the advertised measurements are accurate. It probably has the clained 70 sheets of paper but I was unwilling to count them so there's no guarantee. The spiral binding seems to be a good quality the paper is a bit flimsy but holds up to the pressure of writing with a ball point pen. My one complaint is that the front and back cover cardboard is quite flimsy so it flops around as though it had no front or back cover at all.Four stars I guess.

Very durable for the price with a wide selection of sturdy colorful covers. The pages hold a lot of notes ...lots of pages in each booklet.
