My pickup order was a completely mess up. I received an email saying that my item has been picked up while I hadn’t gone to the store. Then I called the store and they said someone marked the order as picked up by mistake and they still have my order. When I tried to picked up my item at the store they told me that my order has been cancelled. But I didn’t receive any email saying the order is cancelled or any refund was issued to me.
