staples composition book.

every year we buy these books for numerous class rooms because the teachers request them. We donate them and don't actually use them our selves. we are told that one teacher said that her students were able to keep one book for the entire year and that it was still looking good on the outside. She teaches 5th grade in a proverty area. The kids love the colors and she lets them change with each other the first day of school. Thay last a long time.

Good value just one thing I'd change...

My engineers love having these "grown-up" notebooks available for site visits and project meetings. I like using them for my marketing and admin planning too. We all like not having a wire coil to catch on things and the classic BW "Composition" cover appeals to us too. Plus these notebooks go on sale fairly often for $1 and this time of year often for even less. So I'll keep buying them. But they do lack the one feature I really like to have: perforated pages for easy tear-out.

I use these for my pre-school age son to keep in contact with his teachers and therapists. It is also used to keep in contact with my other children's teachers and I always keep one near my desk to write notes to myself about things I see that interest me

Perfect size and color available.

I was just voted secretary of our womans group at church. So I wanted to get something I could easily carry to the meetings and keep the minutes in before I typed them up. I also figured I could easily pass it on to the next secretary if I am not voted back next year. I like them so much I also got one for my husband to keep track of his HAM time frequencies and what ever else he needs it for. We are both really happy with the price color assortment and value. They are made well and have plenty of pages for just about any use from journalling to drawing.

I look for these Staples composition books every summer to use for my students. I especially like the cover color selection that is offered. That way I can purchase one color for the girls in the class and a different color for the boys. The composition books are a great size for 2nd graders and are sturdy enough to be used all school year without falling apart.

Sturdy Seam

I was pleasantly surprised after I bought these notebooks online. The seam is square (not like the round seams on most composition book). The binding seems very sturdy. I would buy these again.

Morning work notebooks

My first grade students use the composition book for their morning work. I like the craftmanship of the binder because it is soft yet durable. I also like the variety of colors so each student at a table gets a different color so the can know that color notebook belongs to them. I also like the wide rule option. The first grade students often cannot not use just one line to write on and this helps them with their handwriting by guiding them with lines. I also like the notebook because of the front allows them to print their name large I also bought these last year and they worked out well.
