Very efficient printer. Easy to set up and connect.
However, one shortcoming is the fact that it does not have a USB port to use a a print port or as a scan to to port.

Brother Refresh program used on MFC-L2820DW printe
on January 15, 2025

This is a fine machine. My only complaint has to do with the Brother refresh program. Evidently, the program only works if the printer is hooked up to the computer wirelessly. I use a cord and wasn't able to sign up.

This printer was a breeze to setup and even easier to use. I have never had even the slightest problem with wireless printing from PCs, iPads, or iPhones. Great quality and never a jam.

SOLID CHOICE
on January 6, 2025

The Brother MFCL2820DW is a solid choice for individuals or small businesses seeking a reliable, fast, and affordable monochrome laser printer. Its combination of wireless connectivity, duplex printing, and good overall performance makes it an excellent option for users focused on high-quality black-and-white document printing. However, if you need color printing or faxing capabilities, you might want to explore other models. Additionally, the relatively small paper tray might require more frequent refills for heavy users.
For general office tasks like printing, scanning, and copying black-and-white documents, the MFCL2820DW delivers strong value for its price.

Top shelf performance at a good price

The Brother printers are simply the best. I've owned 3 (B&W toner models) of them over the years and always found them to perform perfectly, just as you'd expect. Great performance at a reasonable price just can't be beat.
