I use it for my notes in sunday school classes for my college classes (sometimes) and then just because. I don't like the fact that if I have multiples in my backpack or something that the spiral binding gets stuck together... It hurts if it scratches you. Otherwise great item.

I use it for my classes to take note and other purposes. I like the Staples logo on it-it makes it unique in a way. It is ordinary and does not have a better quality compare with other brands. I think it is made with the same material as other brands and only the Staples logo can be identified the difference.
