I have purchased hundreds of these notebooks over the last 4 years to give to my students who cannot or will not buy their own. They are wide ruled and 70 pages is enough for most purposes. I have paid as little as 1 penny and 65 cents at the most for them. The cardboard covers are adequately strong as is the spiral binding. They are perfect for teachers and students on a budget.
