Love these pans. Bought myself a set and two separate pieces. And bought a set as a gift with two extra pieces. Heats so quickly you need to be careful at first until you get used to it. Cleans easier than any pan I've used in 55 years of cooking.

Waited and researched along time

I have had these for a year or so...and use almost every day at least one or more...and the smallest saucepan every day...It has a serious design flaw...it tips terrible...I have been very lucky not to have burned myself...When it has product in it ...it is fine until you get to last couple cups....and you set it down and it tips...handle is too heavy for pan or too long...other than that I really like these...they look nice, cook nce and I just wish someone else had that problem before I bought and spent all that money ...

Cons: Smallest 1 qt pan is flawed in design

Induction Ready Cookware

I bought these pots for my Max Burton 6400 induction cooktop. I've used the stock pot to make wonderful soups and gumbos. The skillet I used to pan fry in. These have to be one of the best sets of cookware that I have ever owned.
Pros: Cook well- nice looking- induction ready, Good quality
Cons: No non stick

very sturdy, nice handles, made well...like professional cookware, even heat distribution, I have a Professional range, a Verona which has very high heat and these work great! clean up nice too! Just as good as ALL-Clad but for a lot less

These are functional as they are beautiful. The set inspires confidence and helps me produce better meals. Heat is very evenly distributed and it holds very steady as well on a ceramic cooktop. At this price and with the bonus piece, I could not be happier with the value. These ought to last a lifetime. The balance is incredible ans the way the sides flare out, they pour easily without making a mess. These also clean-up beautifully. If you pay attention and use the heat judiciously (and preheat the pan where appropriate) a swipe or 2 with a scotch brite on the inside and bottom works like a charm. I made a risotto from scratch and there was -0- trouble cleaning up. I am stressing that a bit as many will hesitate to buy stainless over non-stick fearing clean-up problems. Bottom line: great set, wish I had found them sooner.
