[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot even begin to describe how great these pans are! After washing them, I made a full meal for me and my family and the quality of these is unmatched. The pan seared everything evenly, the stock pot brought the water to a quick boil, and the utensils left no mark. The cleanup was even easier. Nothing stuck to anything. Wiped off completely with one swipe. Hands down nicest set I've ever owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 30+ years of professional food service, I've had the opportunity to use nearly every kind and quality of cookware available. From cast iron to Teflon, both at home and at work, I have never used a product that compares to the Anolon Accolade anodized aluminum set. Anodized aluminum is non-stick by nature and much more durable than pans with non-stick coatings. This cookware is pleasantly heavy and solidly put together, with comfortable handles and lids that fit just right. I had never heard of Anolon cookware prior to getting this beautiful 10-piece set, but I'm really glad I found it. You can shop for cookware, find several products endorsed by celebrity foodies, and those products might be on par with this one, but for my money, this is the finest line of cookware I've ever had the pleasure to own. I expect this cookware set will last for many years, but if and when I need replacements, I'll be going right back to the Anolon Accolade set! I've already told several of my fellow chefs about it already!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of Anolon before receiving the Anolon Accolade 10-Piece Cookware Set. It looked like a very high-quality product. After using these just a few times I was ready to get rid of my old pans. They are nonstick and clean up great. They also distribute the heat evenly when cooking. No complaints here I have been telling all of my friends about these wonderful pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was love at first sight with these pans. They feel and look so high quality. They are heavy with strongly reinforced rivets and beautiful details. Appearance: The moonstone is a beautiful color that looks very elegant. It cleans up easier than my stainless steel pots and looks nicer, too. Lids: The glass lids are tight-fitting and have sturdy handles. It is nice to be able to see into the pot without lifting the lid and letting out all the heat. Handles: I have a gas stovetop and most of my pan handles get too hot to touch from being over the flame. These got warm but not too hot to be able to move the pans around. Non-Stick: Without a drop of oil, food just slips and slides around in these pans. They are so easy to wipe out you almost don't need the dishwasher. Dishwasher Safe: My two favorite words for kitchen equipment. I've had problems with other hard-anodized pans saying they were dishwasher safe, but then turning a hideous shade of grey gooey chalk color on the outsides. These pans don't do that at all. They look brand new coming out of the dishwasher! Oven-Safe: I love that these are oven-safe to such high temperature (500F). I used the stockpot to bake up a beautiful round of artisan sourdough bread. The lid allowed the steam to stay close to the dough to help form the beautiful bubbly crust. Metal Utensil Safe??? This is the one fault I have found, and it is very disappointing. During my very first use of the 2.5-quart saucepan, I used a metal whisk briefly in the pan. My brain told me not to, but the box said to do it!! I ended up with some scratches inside the pan. I was hoping they were just superficial, but nothing I've tried is buffing them out (see photo). It is a real bummer to have such beautiful brand new pans and already have scar marks. Stick to non-metal utensils, despite the claim. If it wasn't for this, I'd have definitely given the set 5 stars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this set for a couple weeks and I can say that I am genuinely pleased with it. I owned a Calphalon set prior to the Anolon and I am happy with the new purchase. The Anolon set is a little heavier than prior sets I have owned, but I find that it is very well made. The only downfall that I found is the handle may get a little hot if you do not pay attention to how it is placed on the stove (my prior set had rubber handles). The food cooks through evenly with very little oil/ spray in the pan. I found the food to come off easy from the pans. Cleaning the pans are easy and I don't see scrub marks from the sponge on the pan as I have seen in other sets I've had. I use silicone cooking utensils to extend the life of the pan so I can not speak on how well it works with metal utensils. I would recommend the Anolon for everyday cooking. I cook on a daily basis at least twice a day and I am quite satisfied with how the set has worked for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can say these are by far the best pots I've owned, and I use them every single day. I can used themin induction electric or normal stovetops and even the oven. I had made the mistake of thinking that catalog pots that are overpriced would work for me but after purchasing a set from the catalogs I was disappointed because they would because everything would stick and they would be a hassle to clean and they would start getting fire marks which and I had spent 1000s of dollars on a set. I immediately saw the difference in these pots because they fell a lot thicker than the ones I currently owned. But the real difference was in the quality because I am able to cook anything in it and it can easily be cleaned of and it doesn't stick like my other old pots. I come from a Mexican household And been able to cook for a large family So important to me So I know the importance of a good quality product for the kitchen. I am able to cook any Mexican delicacy in these pots such as mole. And I'm also able to easily cook rice and beans and the pans and pots. It is also easy to do one pan meals because things don't stick. Someone burned an egg on one of the pans and I was honestly expecting to have to scrub the Pan to have to remove the egg but it did not stick to the Pan not even one little tiny piece. I have nothing but compliments for these pots and would recommend them to anyone. These are perfect For those beginning to explore the kitchen Or even the more seasoned cooks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this a few weeks backs and have this Anolon Accolade 10 piece set with tons of different meals. It does well searing meats, so medium high heat is handled well. Simmering sauces and stews is a breeze. It spreads heat evenly even when low temps are being used. The nonstick coating is excellent. Cooking eggs with little to no grease is easy. Eggs slide right off onto the plate with very little to cleanup left behind. Cooking delicate fish is another food that this set handles extremely well. The kids sit on well..the handles are sturdy and stay cool on the stove. In the oven use care. That is another thing I love about this set. It performs well in the oven, this is really helpful when starting meals on the stove an dthe finishing them in the oven, like a beefy steak! This high end set is perfect for everyone, from amateur new cooks to seasoned home chefs!!! You will not regret this purchase.
