We love these pans. They have become our “go to” pans. At first, I was unsure of how I would like the textured surface. Turns out, they are perfect fried eggs, pancakes, and anything else. They do a lot hotter than our other pans so we need to drop the setting on our stove top by one. I love the soft grip handles too.
