I missed using my ‘other’ pots and pans I had to stop using because of the type of cooktop we have. I purchased a set of ‘nonstick’ which did the job - they just didn’t do the job.
I was skeptical when I purchased this set. Yesterday I made a grilled cheese sandwich. Oh my gosh! I am a believer!

What an awesome StirFry pan !!! Circulon makes the best pots and pans that I have ever used. They heat up quickly and clean up easily. Can’t wait to buy more circulon products to add to my kitchen !!!

I’ve not had mine very long, it’s just a 10” skillet but it certainly outperforms my regular Circulon, which I didn’t think was possible. I really love it, cooks evenly without sticking and it’s easy cleanup! I’m aiming to buy the Wok/Stir-fry but it’s so expensive so it will be awhile and I’d like a 12” skillet besides. I have 8, 10 and 12 in regular Circulon but now I want Scratch defense but I don’t know since three are still very good except for the 10” that’s had the most use. Anyway I’m very pleased with the new Scratch defense 10” so thank you.
