I know I will be making many more meals in this pot. I wasn’t familiar with Circulon before using this pot, but now I will be buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Circulon Extreme Nonstick Frying Pan is a must have for your kitchen to cook with. I absolutely love it! I use this pan every time I cook and wish I had one a long time ago. Not one piece of food sticks to it. With the texture of this nonstick pan, it does not peel, like my previous one did, and does not scratch! When I cook eggs, they cook evenly and are easy to flip because nothing sticks and I am not using butter! The bottom of the pans design distributes heat evenly! Sometimes if I have a few pans on my stove at once and the flame doesn’t line up perfectly underneath the pan, it still cooks evenly! I would definitely recommend this pan to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10 Stars! I am in love with this pan! I have been using this pan daily since the day it arrived. I was so skeptical of "ScratchDefense". It has been years since I used a metal spatula. Well, I decided to give it the best test I could. I cooked crumbled sausage. Chopping it with a metal spatula, stirring it around, intentinally trying to scratch the pan. I figured if I ruined it, then it wasn't meant to be. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW! Not a single scratch in the pan! I am sold on this pan and it beats every pan I have owned and I'm mid 50's.
Heat dispersed evenly on my gas stove. You can actually use lower heat for most things it heats so well.
I will be adding to this first pan and slowly start replacing my other pots and pans!
One more thing, do not fear the ridges in the pan. They didn't affect even a fried egg.

You can cook multitude of dishes in it, especially great that it has a lid. The non-scratch surface makes cleaning a breeze. I have been using it more than any other pan I own. It is a great deal for the price as well.
