Well made , I have had several brands of nonstick pans for my induction cooktop most didn’t last a year or heated poorly, 3 months in still like brand new

My favorite pan!!!

This was one of the best purchases I've made. I have a complete set of Circulon, pots, which are great to work with, but they're not ScratchDefense and can't be used on my induction stove, so they sit in the garage unloved. I've been using this pan exclusively. It's so easy to clean, as nothing sticks to it. It's well made and I'm sure I'll be using this pan for years. Wish I could buy the whole set, but it's not to be.

I've been cooking for over 70 years and these are the best of all the pots and pans I have used, bar none. Wonderful to cook in. Even and quick to heat up while the handles remain touchable without hot pads. A snap to clean; both inside and out. And no chance for nasty, slippery coatings to flake off and be stuck in the food. In short, the best I've ever used.

I use this pan all the time. Lays flat on the burner so it cooks evenly and although it is nonstick I still use a bit of Macadamia Nut Oil for flavor and taste . I also have a saucepan that I love and a little cooking pot !! So satisfied with my pans.
