I bought this for a Christmas gift so I can't say much about the product. What I can say is that Customer Service leaves a lot to desire. I purchased the Scratch Defense and never could find where to choose my gift for it was part of the promotion. I tried to contact by filling out tickets and still no reply. Every thing I said is honest as I can say. Should anyone care about this review I was trying to get the kitchen utensils kit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ordered the 10 pc. ScratchDefense Non-Stick set for my wife and she absolutely LOVES it! Had family come over for the holidays and they were amazed at how clean the pans were after cooking... so much so that they are ordering a set. Cookware is sturdy but not heavy. Definitely a good purchase!

So far, love this cookware set. They are definitely non-stick and heat very effectively. My boys don't like that I have them hand-washing them; but they do admit they are very easy to clean. The pour spouts are a nice touch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I love these pans. They are non-stick and cook well. So far they have been scratch resistant. I recommend them.
