Filter fits great, and we enjoy the taste. Good value and easy to order. I only wish the shell was a safe, sustainable metal rather than plastic- which is what I was seeking when I found this product, but honestly, I have yet to find that even exists.

Good product . I use it to filter my well water. I use it for making coffee. I do need to change it more frequently than recommended. That is not the fault of the filter but says more about the hardness of my water.

Glad I found Glacier Fresh

Glad I found Glacier Fresh online. My new LG fridge was indicating filter change which I knew was coming as I was reaching 6 months. I had kind of dreaded the idea of purchasing LG labeled filters because I knew they would be pricey but the Glacier Fresh was reasonable especially when buying in quantity. I have no idea to filtering comparison to the LG but the water tastes just as good and the weight of the 2 when new was similar so the media should be the same.

The LG manufatctured filter that is supposed to work for my refrigerator never worked properly. The water and ice always had a bad taste. After spending a lot of time searching for a solution, I found the Glacier Fresh filters that fit my fridge and took a chance. Now my water and ice taste amazing. I'm very happy with this product.

Does not fit! It is NOT a replacement for LG filter LT1000P. Falsely advertised.

This was comparable to the brand suggested but cost a lot less. The water filter fit perfect, the water is delicious. I recommend.
