[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1.7 L Double Wall LED Kettle is wonderful, it's just what I was needing to prepare my teas more quickly. It is very easy to use, very well explained in the instructions that are included. The water boils as fast as 5 minutes, while you put the tea bag in your cup the water is ready. Has a water temperature indicator, is designed to automatically shut off 30 to 90 seconds after water boils. It’s a perfect gift to any occasion. 100% recommended.

Hot tea in Seconds -Electric Kettle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Electric Kettle in my kitchen. Im amazed at how fast the Kettle heats water. Very easy to use. Add water, plug it in, turn it on. The automatic shut off is very nice! No worries of leaving it on when you leave the house. Directions are easy to read and understand. Information said it changes colors, per heat level! I took pictures so you can see each level! Water stay hot for quite awhile after it shuts off! This made my tea very hot and flavorful! I just wish I would have had the Electric Kettle sooner!

Simple, Effective and Fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous. I had a stovetop tea kettle for over a decade. It took well over 10 minutes before it was hot and ready. In swoops the Double Wall LED Kettle by Hamilton Beach. 1) It is HUGE. I love how much water I can boil. 2) It it super easy to use. Just fill it up with water, place the kettle on the base, plug in and flip the switch. 3) So SO fast! 3 minutes and it was ready. 4) The colors! The colors have meaning, it's not just to look pretty, it's to tell you what step in the heating process it is in. Where has this kettle been in my life? I am thrilled to have it and will use it for years to come.

So practical and pretty too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what i needed since we drink a lot of tea and hot cocoa. Looks pretty too which is a bonus. Can do a whole day of hot water and plug in as needed. Stays hot a long time even when not plugged in. If children in house keep far back on counter. Don’t want anyone gettin burned. Easy to clean too because lets face, splatters happen.

Stores nicely with an area below the “dock” where you could wind up the cord. Easy to clean with minimal parts. Easy to use and packaged very nicely and safely when shipping. All around a great product!

I have used it so many times already —anytime that I require hot water —for beverages - tea is now my favorite. But have used it to make a number of meals when hot liquid is required. Have already recommended it to numerous friends and family. And used for Thanksgiving after dinner beverages which worked so quick and easy. Very helpful to our family.

Mutli-Color chagning Glass Kettle

One feature I was looking forward to and didn’t get disappointed on is the changes of different colors that indicate how hot the water is. So if you want a certain temperature just look at the instructions and you can stop the kettle at any time for the degree you want based on the color. Pretty neat feature.
Be warned though if you let it get to the red color (last color) it's very very hot so be careful when handling. I heated up some water for tea and it didn’t take very long to heat up. It took about 7 minutes until the kettle automatically turned off after hitting the red color. I like that ability too, that it turns off automatically when done. So you can turn the kettle on and then do other stuff and come back or watch the color change because it has an automatic turn off. Which is a great feature. If you want to stop it at any time just flip the switch and it stops.
Be aware if you fill water to the max line a few little drops may come out of spout while heating so make sure the kettle is not near anything.
Another ability, the lid opens wide on top which is a great thing, however for me I need it to open a little more to fill from fridge water spout. But it opens pretty wide, so for most it is perfectly fine.
In addition, the plug wire has a very convenient storage spot on the bottom with a little slit to hold the wire enabling it to lay flat on the counter. I feel though that the wire needs to have a little more length for the wire to ensure it can fully go around the bottom and have the plug fit out of the little slit that holds the wire. Which, by the way, that little slit is convenient to hold wire while in use.
Another pretty cool feature I found on the top of the kettle is a black circle that doesn't get hot so you can easily push down the top to close after you open the lid without burning yourself. I love it.
One more thing that is very helpful is that the kettle has the measurements listed on either side of the kettle, so you can know exactly how much water is in the kettle. Which I think is very helpful.
Overall, I really like this kettle, it looks very clean and has many abilities that are convenient. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this electric kettle! It's so easy to see the temperature at a glance with the led lights changing colors as the water heats up. I drink green tea and the green color is the perfect temperature for green tea! I have been heating water in a pan and never knew the temperature when I made tea. I can really tell a difference in the taste of the tea!! It was less than 3 minutes for the correct temperature. The kettle is great for fixing ramen noodles too. The boil dry protection is awesome!! Too many times I have forgotten that I was heating water on the stove and forgot about it-- potential disaster!! I am giving one of these as a Christmas present.
