Unsafe product

I purchased the glass 1.7L kettle with various temp buttons in Oct. 2024.
The lid can close and sometimes flips open while water is boiling. The lid has to be, literally, slammed many times before it closes.

Great Kitchen Tools at a Decent Price

I've had many Hamilton Beach Items over the years and they never disappoint. The only time I've had any issues or needed to replace something, It's because it's aged out and not because it's faulty or a shiesty product. They're design looks simple and clean and they're not too techy either. This is definitely a brand I seek out over others, especially when I comes to things needed for my Kitchen. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable. Every once In a while when see something I think maybe a little too high however then I remind myself WHY I choose this brand - they're products are definitely worth what you pay for -and I don't question it again. It's really awesome to have a reliable name to go to for the items I use almost every day.

As I am usually in a hurry, I love the fact that it creates boiling water very quickly for my morning tea

Exactly what I needed

After using Tfal and Black and Decker kettles, switched to Hamilton Beach and glad I made the switch. Product is exactly what I was looking for. Sleek steel body with led ring light, wide lid opening makes it easy to clean. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

This kettle saved my mornings. I used to have tea in the mornings and the other kettle I had wasn’t working anymore
