One Press® Dispensing Coffee Maker 14 Cup 47601

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach One Press® Dispensing 14-Cup Coffee Maker (Model 47601) allows you to make between 2 and 14 cups of coffee.
The very top of the Coffee Maker has a removable Grounds Brew Basket. The top front of the Coffee Maker has the Control Panel Display with various Function Control Icons. To access any Feature Icon the 26" inch cord must be plugged in. My favorite Control Function is the “Keep Warm” ( For 1 to 4 hours ).
Below the Control Panel Display is the Press Dispenser for accessing the brewed coffee. Behind the dispenser is a window for viewing the amount of brewed coffee inside of the Glass Coffee Reservoir. Two safety features that I really do like are that the Glass Coffee Reservoir is on the inside of the unit and the coffee will not dispense out of the unit until the brewing cycle is complete!

One Dispensing coffee maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was a breeze. Cleaning tips worked out great. Made first pot of coffee yesterday. It was delicious. I needed a larger coffeemaker because we drink a lot of coffee. I ordered more coffee filter so I can be ready when need be. Great choice when your on the go. The only thing I wish the place you put your coffee mug on the bottom was bigger. Everything else is good. So glad I brought this. Its even great for making hot chocolate when we have sledding parties.

One Press Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach One Press Dispensing Coffee Maker has so many great features. This coffee maker has a brewing capacity of 14 cups of coffee before the plastic reservoir on the back needs to be refilled with water. It's slim and barely takes up any space on my countertop. One of my favorite features is the borosilicate glass reservoir. This reservoir has an internal warming heater that will keep this coffee warm and fresh for hours. It also will not burn or scorch. Which provides me and my family with the best-tasting coffee. We all love that this is a simple press dispense. My mother-in-law is not able to lift a carafe so the convenience of pressing a button and receiving coffee is wonderful for her. There are no more messy counters from us spilling or dripping coffee all over out of a carafe. We also like that we can easily see how much coffee is left in the glass reservoir by looking in the front-facing window. I like that the directions were easy to read and follow along with. The Hamilton Beach One Press is simple to use. I like that we can choose to make our coffee bold or regular flavor with a push of a button. We can also choose between making 1 to 4 cups of coffee at a time. Since we all drink coffee at different times of the day it's so nice to have a freshness indicator that will alert us to when the coffee was last brewed. My wife loves that it has an auto shut-off in case anyone forgets to turn this system off. Otherwise, you can set it to turn off between 0 to 4 hours. For those who like to wake up to freshly made coffee, you can also set a timer for up to 24 hours in advance. This system is easy to clean and will alert you when the filter needs to be changed. The whole family loves it!

Easy to use and makes great coffee!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous coffee machine was a HB Brew Station, which I really liked.
I really like the updated flush touch panel for the controls. The removable transparent water reservoir is also a nice feature. It was easy to forget to fill the water reservoir in the Brew Station. This machine has a special glass coffee reservoir. These features are a definite improvement over the Brew Station. The One Press makes great coffee and maintains temperature of the coffee very well. Unfortunately, this machine doesn't have the iced coffee feature which we liked in the Brew Station. We really didn't use that feature very often so I guess we'll figure out a different way to do it. It isn't hard to clean, but the disassembly is a tiny bit more complicated and not obvious. I guess we'll get used to that. The advantage of the glass internal carafe makes up for that complication. We have had issues with the coffee spraying out over the lip of a mug when filling it. This seems to happen more often as the pot gets emptied. I guess the pump was needed to dispense the coffee in this machine. I hope the coffee pump lasts as long as the gravity fill on the Brew Station, but I'm thinking it won't. It is much easier to see the level of coffee in the mug when filling up with the One Press. This was difficult with the Brew Station. I added an LED to my Brew Station for this reason. The only other issue I had with the One Press is that there are no instructions on how to install the water filter in the reservoir. The filter came with two plastic pieces that look like they should hold the filter in place. I ended up putting the filter element directly onto the water reservoir without the plastic pieces and it seemed to fit. Also there should be information/replacement reordering instructions and the part number for replacement filter elements for coffee and water. Again, I could not find any in the User Manual. I did contact customer service. They gave me the replacement part number. They weren't able to provide detailed instructions of water filter element installation. Despite these minor issues we are very happy-and enjoying the coffee-with the One Press.

Decent but with a couple flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker works great, it makes great coffee pretty fast but there’s a few downsides. While it’s brewing you cannot pour a cup of coffee yet and once you’ve had the coffee pot going after 4 hours you cannot set it to reheat the coffee even though the settings “allow” you to do this but it doesn’t warm the coffee up at all. Otherwise this is a decent coffee pot for what it is.

Great coffee maker

This is perfect for my husband since he takes a thermos of coffee to work. Easy to dispense. It has a timer too. Very easy to take apart for cleaning. Dishwasher safe too. Great product!

Luxury coffee brewer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly. This is a well made coffee brewer. I received it yesterday. I set it up. Then programmed it to brew my 14 cup of coffee. Programming was a breeze. The coffee brewed within 10 minutes. It’s a very quiet coffee machine. Which I love. My other one sounded like a motor running. The coffee came out delicious. The lever that you press the coffee against to come out was very lovely. The coffee comes out electronically. It has a function to keep the coffee hot for four hours. Which I love. I love that it comes with one filter already installed and gives an extra one along with the filter puller. I also love that it comes with a coffee basket so there is no need to buy filters any longer. Once brewed, it starts a timer to let you know when you’re close to the four hours and it gets turned off automatically.
All in all. This is a very sleek, sophisticated, and awesome coffee machine. Today is thanksgiving and my family has slept over for the big day. They are starting to wake and come in the kitchen for coffee as I am writing this review. I keep getting compliments. They are asking me where they can purchase it. And so on. Love the machine. Thank you Hamilton beach.
