Really much bulkier than I expected, and the app wasn’t as detailed as I would’ve expected. The HRV data was fairly minimal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This ring gives you an absolute wealth of information and knowledge about your body and its responses. I have already learned a lot of things I wouldn’t have otherwise known without this ring. I highly recommend!
