Love my oura ring

I love my oura ring. I've been able to change things to achieve better sleep, to reduce stress and to achieve better workouts. I love oura so much I bought my son a ring as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought my ring approximately a year ago and love it. A few weeks ago, I had a problem with my battery life. They were Johnny on the spot with help. New ring is otw. Thanks guys!

I have had my ring just over a year. I have loved it for the biometric feedback it gives me. It has made me more aware of my sleep. I have had it alert me when I was starting to get sick and it was incredibly accurate. I always go by how I feel, most importantly.
