I received this as a gift, and have absolutely loved it. I was nervous that I'd have an unhealthy focus on meeting/achieving goals, but the ring is kinder to me than I am to myself. I love that it picks up trends when my sleep, HRV, etc. are improving over a period of months.

I love my Oura ring. To be honest, I initially thought it was a little pricey, so I saved up some money and purchased one. It was well worth the cost and has helped me tremendously. At the time of my purchase, almost two years ago, I was going through some serious health problems. By using all the data this amazing little ring can collect it set my health plan in motion...I cannot express in words how much my ring helped me recover and is still helping me stay healthy, active and livin' life!

I’ve been using an Oura ring for over a year, and have come to rely on it for the sleep analysis, but also for planning my physical activity for the day. I just discovered the integrations with Headspace and Aura, which are very powerful additions!

Was given this biometric scanner ring. It provided valuable insights into my health.
Support is great
The app provides great information and many good suggestions.
Would like better ability to scroll raw data. All data with zoom in one display would be very nice.
It would be nice to see sleep data over entire day, with zoom.

This ring is amazing! I was experiencing health issues and being able to show my sleep patterns and heart rate helped me share what was happening to me with my Cardiologist.

I bought my Oura ring 2 years ago. There are so many features that it tracks that I don't think I can do without it. I bought it for my sleep but find I enjoy so many other features that I have used to help me keep my health on track. I have recommended it to many of my friends and they too are impressed.
