Great technology and customer care

I’ve owned a Gen3 ring for a year now and have been impressed by how the technology enables not only fitness tracking but also recovery. This helps guide training intensity as well rest and optimal sleep.
Oura is truly unique by offering cutting edge technology that I personally have benefited from in my health journey AND backing with a Customer Care that actually cares. Very rare these days to encounter this combination.

Excellent Device

I bought this three months ago and have fallen in love with my Oura ring! It's like being hooked up to the same devices from a hospital plus having a personal trainer. It offers more info and data than any other wearable. Then gives it to me in understand charts and graphs. On top of that, I have access to hundreds (maybe even thousands) of extra articles and blogs for even more info. I've learned more about my body, and health in general, in the last three months than I did in any health class in school.
Some people don't like how they can't monitor their heart rate AS they exercise. However, I've noticed that I can listen to my body and have a pretty good idea of where I'm at. I get a detailed chart of my heart rate, and much more, when I finish each workout. The calorie info is a little off but there's more to health than just calories. I'm still losing weight so it's good enough! If you're hardcore, you probably want a Garmin. But, for the vast majority of us, Oura is the way to go. They've created a wearable that helps us better know and understand our bodies and our health.

Best sleep of my life at 53.

This ring has changed my life by helping me truly optimize my sleeping routine. I wish I’d had one 20 years ago. I am able to see how food, timing, environment, and just about everything else impacts the quality and quantity of my sleep.

I bought this ring June 2023 and was not quite sure what to expect. The ring has not left my finger ever since. I start my days with my readiness score and sleep analyses and during the day i monitor stress and resilience. The ring has made me aware of the absolute great effects of good sleep and continuously keeps on motivating me in meeting my daily goals.
The Oura ring definately contributed to changing my lifestyle in a positive way.

I’ve had my ring since 2022 and was very happy with its performance. I would regularly check my ring in the morning. I noticed a problem, contacted Oura Member Care who walked me through some steps that helped to resolve the issue. When my rings battery was no longer working right Oura took action and replaced it with a new ring. Great Support!!
