The ring is fine. The Oura website will not take any of my cards for the monthly paymenty so I do not have any of the feedback information. So I paid a lot of money for a steel band for my finger.
It is good for information about sleep. I was able to find some things that helped me get better sleep. Unfortunatley it was also painful to wear. It felt like an electical tingly feeling. I ignored it for a while and should not have. By the time I decided it was too uncomfortable, it was past the time that I could return it.
I love the ring, I waited quite a bit before I bought it. I've had so many insights about my sleep and HRV. Keeps me motivated to stay on track with habits that support better health outcomes. I've recently heard some quantum health influencers condescension towards health tracker users. No one NEEDs to have a tracker, an yes we have internal sensors to detect some of these parameters, but we live in a world where it's easy to disconnect from it. So I highly recommend it for everyone, especially those who are motivated by data! I especially like the possibility to leave it on airplane mode.
Quality of the ring could be better, already a lot of scratches on mine :( when I don't tell the ring that I am starting a workout, it sometimes misses them altogether, in particular for sessions Up to 20 min. So recommended for people who want to track their sleep (although Here no insights why I feel so tired in the morning) but not really apt for seriously tracking sports. I would have expected a Bit more and am not sure if it is worth the monthly subscription fee.
