[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cable on the original AC adapter for my ThinkPad X1 Yoga began to fray and quickly thereafter started to short. I was happy to find this compatible unit, and it shipped out to me quickly enough that I didn't experience any downtime with my laptop. The new adapter works perfectly, and I expect it will have no problem lasting until I upgrade to a new USB-C equipped laptop.

This adaptor does not work with a Thinkpad 2019 E480. I would give it zero stars. This is my second failed attempt to get an adaptor for my Thinkpad. This model was recommended by your Help Desk. I have them the exact specs of my model. The tip is rectangular with yellow lining and is way too big for the very small socket. I asked them to double check. Now I have to return for the second time and I can’t use my Thinkpad. I am extremely frustrated.
