It won’t work, having hard time with it

Could be Great But Isn't

There are so many things that I really like about this processor. I use it a lot to make nut butters, among other things, and it does a really great and quick job of it. It's a little loud, but most food processors are. So, what's wrong with it? The lid. Often times it will lock in place and be almost impossible to remove. I ended up breaking a part of the lid trying to remove it. The company says to grease the lid with some oil and sometimes that works, just not all of the time. And it's a pain to do it. Otherwise it's a great food processor. But until they resolve that issue I won't buy another one and definitely would not recommend any one else to buy one either.

worked great at first, but after 6 months and it was used only 6 times it stopped slicing food and will not shred food
