This filter has the RFID chip

This filter has the RFID chip that GE installed in their water filters. (One has to wonder why there needs to be a chip in a water filter.) This filter costs a fraction of the GE filter and does a great job.

Not 100% compatible with my GE

Not 100% compatible with my GE frig. Small cover (door) for the filter. Glacier doesn't have a chamfer at bottom so door does not completely close.

Excellent quality. Works perfectly to filter water and the RFID works perfectly with my GE refrigerator “Filter Status” monitor.
I would recommend one change - clearly mark the location on the filter that should be lined up to to the housing center arrow.

The labels are a little bent

The labels are a little bent up, but they work with chip. It seems like the water is a little slow, but it works with the ice maker so it is all good.
