I had concerns about this working in lieu of the GE filter with the RFID chip, but it worked perfectly. Very good value.

Thank goodness there are filters that have similar chip like the GE filters and work great. Best part is I got 2 for the price of one of the GE filters.

I ordered Glacier Fresh

I ordered Glacier Fresh filters because I previously tried oem filters (with chip); they caused an error and would not allow water to discharge. The Glacier Fresh were easy to install and worked perfectly And they were resonably priced. I'll be using Glacier Fresh for my filters from now on.
