I was worried that generic filters would cause slow water-flow, but they appear to be performing similarly to the name-brand GE filters. The filtration is, as far as I can tell, equivalent. Overall, I am super pleased, great price and performance.

I had previously ordered filters for my GE refrigerator from another company that actually looked like my original GE filters. They must not have been because my fridge didn't recognize them. I was hesitant to buy any others over the Internet, but decided to try these. The price was just so much better. I am very pleased. My fridge recognized them, and they seem to be working beautifully.

I appreciate that I can buy a filter for half the price of the name brand and it works just as well.

The OEM filters are outrageously priced. If you don't use their filter, the water supply is terminated, meaning no ice, no water. These filters give you the same filtration without robbing you blind.
