This filter works every bit as well as the factory ones but much cheaper. I was a little confused as to what they meant by it having a plug ( I think that’s what they called it.) but whatever that meant, it didn’t seem to make any difference.

Easy peasie, nice and easy install, just follow the instructions enclosed and done. Get the 3 pack that so that you won't have to worry about it for a year and a half.

These are very expensive

These are very expensive filters so I was happy to find this company after I went with another company who sent me literally bootlegs of the GE filter. Identical aside from small details. When I contacted them to let them know it didn't work and was giving an error message on the fridge, they didn't even respond, I had a refund 5 minutes later. So they knew exactly what they were doing. This company had a good price, especially when buying multiples. I got 4 so I don't have to worry for a while, and will be using them again! Thank you! Also, the ice and water taste great.
