great machine!

Bought this due to my old unit throwing fault codes (different brand), read many google reviews, watched youtube, and ultimately called local suppliers and asked for recommendations on reliable machines. Well settled on the 700 series washer and couldn't be happier, machine is super quite, clothes are clean and I mean CLEAN! You know that feeling when you use something and think to yourself, this is a nice product, thats the case here. If you're in the market don't hesitate buy Electrolux!

The washer is working incredible. We have been doing laundry pretty much non stop for three days and it is going strong with no issues. Love the matte white color as well.

I love everything except, the soap dispenser. It is too big and hard to get out to dry it so it does not get moldy and smelly.

This is my second Electrolux washing machine, the first one leaked and the motherboard stopped working, we often could not get the power to turn on. So far, this one seems much better with none of those issues. My suggestion to anyone who buys this machine is to always keep the door and tray open when not in use to prevent mold. The machine washes very well and we appreciate the options to customize our loads as needed.

New 700 Washer and 700 Dryer

Very disappointed to find out that Electrolux took out the storage divider in the pedestals but left the grooves where the dividers used to go. This is our third Electrolux washer and dryer over the years and the first time you removed the storage dividers without notice. Our washer when on town cycle and eco cold water is VERY noisy and fills the drum up entirely too full even though the digital display shows three green leafs which means it should be more eco and it's not. It's also VERY noisy on this cycle and others. We did not get our free sample of Tide Pods which was on a separate survey you sent. Small socks always gets stuck in the front rubber seal leaving them soaked and not completely washed and you always have to wipe the glass and rubber seal after every use which is disappointing.
