Loving life

Loving life because I have clean clothes. My 700 series washer and dryer are the best. Controls on front load easy to maneuver. Washer is very quiet. The dryer has a large tub and the doors on both appliances can be switched.

We love this washer. It is so quiet on the spin cycles and barely vibrates our floors. Our laundry room is on the second floor. We finally found the washer we been looking for.

Trustworthy Brand and Efficient

I've always trusted this brand, and this new washer reminds me why. It does an excellent job getting clothes really clean while running efficiently and quietly. One of the biggest advantages for me is its compact size—it fits perfectly in my small laundry area without sacrificing capacity. The reversible door was also a must-have, and it made installation work exactly for my space. It's well-built, easy to use, and performs just as well as I hoped. If you're looking for a dependable washer from a brand with a proven track record, I highly recommend this one.

First use problems and green color is not shiny

Poor color choices. I figured that without the fancy color choices and focusing on great reviews I’d switch from the Samsung front load which I loved and washed incredibly well and was shiny and gorgeous. Everyone raved about the Electrolux 700 in the green color and I went for it bc the only other option was matte white which reminds me of the 1990s when people would use house paint on their cars… the green is closer to a matte than a semigloss it’s not impressive looking but I can overlook that if it works well, however my first use is already problematic. I looked online at the HO SE troubleshoot message and it said something about mixing up the cold w the hot… I was using a hot setting and when I opened it my clothes were in fact on a hot setting w hot water used… so far I’m not loving it but I’m hopeful it will run correctly soon so I’m giving it 2 stars bc it’s not washing. I love that there’s an option for a 15 minute cool clean cycle!! I ran this cycle on cool thinking that maybe my hot was too hot or it was a temperature thing, and again I got the HO SE error. The towels were hot but seemed clean.
My Samsung dryer said “Samsug” so there was an error in the factory that day or the dryer was a fake that I did not catch upon delivery and the steam setting never worked so after moving I went with the highest rated machine this time.
So far I’m not impressed w the Electrolux 700 but am hoping it’s just an error in installation and not a lemon. It came with a tide pod to use which is convenient and unexpected!

Quiet as a mouse

Great Looking Washer Packed with Features

After 13 years of use, we decided to upgrade our washer. This washer was a significant improvement in terms of functionality, efficiency, looks, and operating noise. After running the initial wash cycle, we did a few loads of laundry and were very impressed with how this washer removed minor stains and smells. We did run both cotton and synthetic cycles and all our clothes were cleaned to our expectations.
