game console - box damaged

It is a Nintendo Switch and we bough it for the regular price at best buy where they sell electronics. Not sure what type of review is necessary for these purchases since it does what it is supposed to do and it is good if you want one.
The only thing that can be said is that the first box that was brought out was damaged and we had to get them to bring out a second box. Then the purchase took a really long time to complete due to their system not working properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The guy that helped my daughter was awesome. I had bought the console at x-mas and it stopped working. He made the exchange without any issues and he was very helpful and accommodating

It's been 3 years since I wanted to buy a handheld Nintendo Switch, and my dream has come true. I bought one at Best Buy, played it after I got home, and it's fun.

Great fun for the family. We purchased additional joy controllers so we can play locally at home instead of connecting globally. The Boxing Day deal price we felt was reasonable

Purchased for Christmas. Set it up. No free download for the sports bundle that was suppose to come with it. I called to which they indicated a resolution. Never did get the download. I then wrote and asked for the physical card to be sent here. No response. I’ll have to send it back since there is no response or resolution
